There is one pick tonight.

Take Sacramento Kings -4 spread (buy the half point) against Phoenix Suns for 3% of the bankroll.

This is the final game of the season for Phoenix and they've made no secret of their intentions to lose. They shutdown a healthy Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight about a month ago while veteran Center and former Defensive Player of the Year, Tyson Chandler has not played since the All-Star break! With each passing game, more and more veterans have been phased out as the organization went in full on 'tanking mode'. They gave it their best effort in their home finale, as they should by beating the Mavs, but now on the road, they could care less about losing this game and will in fact want to do so, in order to improve their draft lottery odds! A defeat tonight would guarantee them the worst record in the Western conference and more lottery balls.

The Kings have been in tanking mode themselves and frequently resting healthy players but the difference for them is that they are coming into this game having lost two straight games and 4 of the last 6! In what is their final home game of the season, look for them to give their fanbase something to cheer about. It's not uncommon for management and the coaching staff to give it their all in that last home game in order to give the fans something to look forward to next year. Season ticket sales can be affected by suffering blowouts in matchups suc has this as it'll have a lasting effect on fans' minds throughout the summer and beyond. We expect Dave Joerger's team to take care of Phoenix tonight and quite convincingly so.

Devin Booker has carrying the Suns for much of the season and has established himself as one of NBA's elite scorers and clutch shooters despite being just 20 years old! His confidence and swagger is that of a veteran All-Star and you would not be able to tell from his performances that he's just a sophomore in this league. Unfortunately for the visitors, their go-to-scorer will be on the bench tonight. Earl Watson and company are resting a healthy Devin Booker for this game which signals their intentions. With no other games following this, 'rest' is an illegitimate excuse and not necessary but the team clearly has other ambitions than winning games at this stage and it shows. He's been excellent in the 4th quarter over the last month and his absence should be felt.

If the Kings can limit the scoring potential of TJ Warren, look for them pull away and cover the spread in the process. They have a very good defender in Garrett Temple who may get that assignment. Temple has had a fine season after coming over from the Wizards and is a veteran presence on a fairly young team. Buddy Hield has found a home in Sacramento after being traded from New Orleans and the rookie finally seems comfortbale on the NBA court and is looking like an improved version of himself at Oklahoma Sooners. With a full under his belt and his confidence growing, look for the Kings to create open-looks for him, especially with Ty Lawson, a veteran PG penetrating the paint before finding teammates.
